Onsite printer service
$179 + GST for the first onsite hour, including the $50 call-out. Extra onsite time is $69 + GST per half hour.
Workshop inspection
$50 + GST upfront for suitable drop-off printer assessments. If no repair proceeds after inspection, that is the only labour charge for the assessment.
Workshop repair labour
Workshop repair labour is $129 + GST per hour. If the first hour proceeds after inspection, the remaining balance is $79 + GST.
Extra repair time
Additional technician time is charged at $69 + GST per half hour after the first hour or agreed inspection path.

We can do both. If the printer is at your business and the fault is affecting staff, we can arrange onsite service. Onsite printer work is $179 + GST for the first hour, including the $50 call-out, then $69 + GST per extra half hour. For suitable workshop jobs, we charge a $50 + GST inspection first. If the first hour of repair proceeds, the remaining balance is $79 + GST.

Yes. We supply toner, ink, drums and selected parts for common business printer brands. If you know what cartridge you need, search toner and ink in the online store.
