  1. How Do I Fix a Toner Sensor Message? Sensor is giving you a ‘toner sensor error’.
    How do I clear the message to resume printing?

    Remove the toner unit and clean the corona wire gently on the drum unit.
    Look for any unwanted particles in the imaging drum unit as well as inside the machine and remove the particles.

  3. How do I Replace the Toner Cartridge on My Printer?

    Pull open the front cover and remove the drum and toner unit. Click the button to release toner and replace with new cartridge. Close cover. If still not resolved, please call us.

  4. How Do I Install My Printer?

    Immediate and best thing to do is to read the instructions in the manual. Install the CD/DVD which has been supplied with machine. If you do not have CD/DVD, then you will need to go the manufacturer’s website and locate the specific folder that relates to your printer model.

  5. How to Avoid Paper Jams from Happening?

    Use good quality paper
    Use genuine consumables
    Replace drum and toner on time
    Get machine serviced regularly

  6. Serial Numbers – Why Are They Important and Where to Find Them?

    A serial number is the unique identifier for each machine. It is generally found on either the back or the side of the machine. It can also be found in the “machine info option” of the machine menu.

  7. Machine Gives a Paper Jam Error but Can’t Find Paper

    Open front and back cover of the printer and check for any jammed paper. This can be caused by something very small stuck in the machine or the paper sensor is stuck. If the latter, it is best to call us on 0800 302 080

    Go to manufacturer’s website and find the exact model number of your machine.Choose OS X .x – down load and run the program following instructions carefully.

  9. Printer is Displaying a “Fatal Error” Message

    The message generally comes up as a result of part malfunction. It is a prompt for you to take immediate action. An option is to turn the machine off for 15 minutes and then turn it back on. If the message is still on then call us to send out an onsite technician if need be.

  10. How to Set-up an IP Address on my Networked Printer

    Plug in the Ethernet cable to the back of your printer and then go to network option on the menu of the printer
    Check the IP address by pressing the IP address tab in the network settings and match up the IP address with the machine allocated IP address stated on your PC. If the IP address is the same, you then need to set-up the port by adding a new standard TCP/IP port assigned to the particular IP address of the printer. Then add the printer.

  13. My Printer Won’t Print – What could be Causing This?

    Check the connection with the printer and the computer
    Check that the printer is connected according to the machine specifications
    Check that the printer and the driver is not offline
    Check that the printer is not in the “deep sleep ‘mode
    Check if there is any error message on the printer or computer for wireless or network.
    Restart the modem.

  14. How to Fix Indentation, Ghosting, Blotching or Blank Spots on Print from my Laser or LED Printer?

    Check if there is an error message. If not, open the front cover and check for leaking toner.
    Try and change the toner and imaging unit. Anything more will require technical expertise to avoid further damage – our technicians can provide this service for you.

  15. How Can I Fix a Drum Error Message?

    Open the front cover and check the imaging unit. Try to clean the corona wire gently by sliding the green tab. Call us if the problem persists.

  16. Printer is too Slow

    Check whether the toner saving is on or off. If on, turn it off.
    Check the quality settings on your printer and computer.
    Check that the machine is not set on “quiet” mode.
