Straightforward rates for common Citywide Tech jobs. Standard technician labour is $129 + GST per hour; onsite visits start at $179 + GST because the first hour includes the $50 call-out. Bigger, non-standard, parts-heavy or project-based work is confirmed before proceeding.

Normally $179 + GST for eligible Auckland business printer cleaning jobs.

Per hour for standard labour, workshop repair time and product-attached install work.
- Printer, device and hardware setup when the work is scoped as standard install labour.
- Commonly used when products are supplied through Citywide.
- Standalone onsite visits may start with the $179 + GST first-hour onsite rate.
$50 + GST
Upfront inspection before diagnosis for suitable drop-off jobs.
- If a one-hour workshop repair proceeds, the remaining labour balance is $79 + GST.
- Extra workshop repair time is charged at $69 + GST per half hour.
- If no repair proceeds after inspection, the inspection fee is the only labour charge for that assessment.

For bigger repairs, projects, hardware-heavy jobs, Microsoft licensing, backup/security work or anything that may create parts or receivables risk, Citywide confirms the commercial path first.
Products and hardware
Prepaid, deposit, approved account terms or Citywide confirmation before supply.

Repeat issues can trigger managed IT, backup, cybersecurity or account review follow-up.
Printer service
Repair, cleaning, ecommerce supplies, install, managed print or leasing options can be routed from the same enquiry.
