How enquiry details are used

Citywide uses submitted details to route service requests, product enquiries, campaign subscriptions and customer follow-up.

We collect contact, business, account, order, device and service information you provide, plus limited website and campaign attribution data.
We collect only information reasonably needed to respond, supply products or services, administer accounts, prevent fraud and improve customer support.
Payment providers process payment credentials; Citywide does not intentionally store full card details.

We use information to provide quotes, fulfil orders, schedule service, communicate with you, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
We may share necessary information with Shopify, delivery providers, service platforms, suppliers and professional advisers acting for Citywide.
We do not sell personal information. Marketing is sent only where permitted, and every marketing message provides an unsubscribe path.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and retain information only while needed for operational or legal purposes.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting enquiries@citywidetech.co.nz.
Privacy complaints can be sent to the same address. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if a concern is not resolved.
